53k, 49k. There is a Nurgling unlock in the SE area where a patch of road is littered with dead dwarf bodies and vultures eating them. It is N of a dwarf camp with quest givers and an organ gun. If you are on the N side of the vultures on the road, just NE down the cliff off the road is a Festering Corpse. Search the body and a couple nurglings pop out along with getting the unlock. NOTE: The corpse is on the ground next to a tree. Just go to the middle of the vultures and walk off the cliff/hill edge and you'll find the dwarf body.

Receiving the title without killing the mob has been confirmed, but she's not difficult and it's a good opportunity to get the 'Encounter' unlock.

Right clicking on it gives you the unlock.
