PART 3: 47k, 33k in WEST PRAAG. Find the Flayer-Kin's Iron Helm on a flayerkin corpse.
(O) Turn in to Breitenhoff the Faithful in Ch17 Empire, in Praag @ 13k, 57k.
Confirmed Unlock with only having the chain from Part 1 and then talking to the healer for (O). Only one part may be needed to unlock for both D and O. More testing is necessary. (D) Turn in to Kreelik of Clan Moulder @ 6k, 10k in PRAAG, Chaos Ch17 camp.

NOTE: NPC is not always there, so this may be time or circumstance dependent. One sighting was made on a Saturday @ 4:34 EST, with an in-game /time of 20:10, another on Sunday at 9:50a EST (/time - 3:52). The exact spawn/despawn conditions of this NPC are unknown.
As an Order player, Old Hienrich will not react or talk to you. However, you can still get the unlock by clicking stew pot. Reward

25.6, 27.4. Blue drowned body under the water, closer to the frozen side. To find it, stand on the true S side of the black hills and face the frozen side (N), on your mini map you will see the part of the ice flow that bulges outwardly into the lake. Exactly E of the S tip (of the bulge) is the body. Another landmark would be referenced by the bulge as well. The first little "crack" in the ice that is E of the bulge. Go roughly S of there. Slowly click (do not move your mouse while clicking or you'll just rotate the camera and war wont register the click) NOTE: Daytime may be a factor in finding the body and "thawing" him out.
